1. Warranty Period
One year from the date of product delivery.
2. Handling of Quality Objection Complaints
When the bearing has quality problems within the warranty period, the end-user has the right to raise objections and complaints. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of end-users, the bearing warranty agreement shall specify the channels, methods, handling procedures and time limits for users to raise quality objections. At the same time, after receiving the user's complaint, the supplier should also treat it positively and solve the problem as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary losses to the user.
3. Division of Responsibilities for Quality Problems
The manufacturer bears the main responsibility for the quality of the bearing itself. If the bearing has quality problems due to manufacturing process or raw materials, the manufacturer shall bear the corresponding responsibility; If there is a quality problem during the normal use of the end-user, the supplier shall bear the responsibility.
4. Warranty Scope and Limitations
• Warranty scope: It covers the design, manufacture and after-sales service of the bearing.
• Warranty limitations: Situations not covered by the warranty, such as man-made damage, failures caused by external factors, and exceeding the warranty period.
